Billing issues
If checkout completed but access did not update, send the account email and approximate payment time to support@promptyx.app. Promptyx now keeps webhook event logs so billing issues can be traced and fixed manually if needed.
Workspace issues
For project save problems, missing snapshots, or dashboard mismatches, include the affected project name, mode, and any visible error message.
