What we collect
Promptyx stores account information like your email address, profile settings, subscription state, and workspace data required to run the editor.
Workspace and project data
Paid workspace data such as projects, prompt documents, snapshots, characters, and preferences is stored in Supabase-backed database tables for your authenticated account. The demo editor runs locally and does not persist its draft to the server.
Billing
Subscription billing is handled by Paddle. Promptyx stores only the billing metadata needed to keep access in sync, such as provider customer ID, subscription ID, status, and renewal dates.
Infrastructure providers
- Supabase is used for authentication and application data storage.
- Paddle is used for subscription checkout, billing portal access, and payment events.
- Vercel is used to host the application and operational logs.
Data deletion and questions
If you need help with data access, deletion, or privacy questions, contact support@promptyx.app or hello@promptyx.app. Account deletion requests are currently handled manually to avoid removing workspace data while billing is still active.
