Welcome to Promptyx. By creating an account or using Promptyx, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Promptyx
Promptyx is a software tool that helps users create, organize, refine, manage, and reuse prompts.
We may update, improve, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping your login credentials secure;
- all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Promptyx to:
- break any applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe the rights of others;
- upload, create, or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, or misuse the service;
- use Promptyx to distribute spam, malware, phishing, or other harmful material.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Promptyx, other users, or third parties.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts, text, and other content you create or store in Promptyx ("User Content").
By using Promptyx, you grant us a limited permission to process, store, display, and transmit your User Content only as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for your User Content and for making sure you have the rights to use it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
5. Content and AI Output
Promptyx may help you structure or manage prompts intended for use with AI tools. We do not guarantee that prompts or AI-generated outputs will be accurate, safe, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any prompts, outputs, or decisions made using third-party AI tools.
Promptyx should not be used as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other specialized advice.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Promptyx may offer free and paid plans.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Subscription fees may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. If pricing changes affect your current paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
7. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund period for new subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with Promptyx within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at support@promptyx.app.
After the 7-day period, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or technical issues that prevented access to the service.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically grant a refund. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, misuse of the service, or repeated refund requests.
8. Service Availability
We try to keep Promptyx reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
9. Third-Party Services
Promptyx may rely on or integrate with third-party services, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, payments, or AI providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their policies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Intellectual Property
Promptyx, including its design, branding, website, software, features, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Promptyx unless we give you written permission.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding, trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property.
11. Beta Features
Some features may be released as beta, experimental, or early-access features.
Beta features may change, break, or be removed at any time. They may be less stable than regular features.
12. Termination
You may stop using Promptyx at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
- we are required to do so by law;
- we discontinue the service.
After termination, your right to use Promptyx will end. Some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply, including sections about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and payment obligations.
13. Disclaimer
Promptyx is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees about:
- the service being uninterrupted or error-free;
- the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any content;
- the service meeting your specific needs;
- the results you may achieve by using Promptyx.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptyx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to use Promptyx in the 3 months before the claim, or 50 USD if you have not paid anything.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we may notify you by email or through the service. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
By continuing to use Promptyx after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
