Service scope
Promptyx provides a prompt authoring workspace for LLM, image, video, and character workflows. Some product areas may remain limited or evolve during the MVP period.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Promptyx currently offers one paid recurring plan. Billing is handled by Paddle. Subscription management, cancellation, and payment method updates happen through the Paddle billing portal linked from your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the service, automate attacks, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or reuse.
- Do not use the product in ways that violate applicable law or platform rules.
Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, project drafts, snapshots, and character data you create in the workspace. You grant Promptyx the limited right to store and process that data so the product can function.
Refunds and support
Refund questions and billing disputes should be sent to support@promptyx.app. Any refund handling is reviewed case by case while the product is in prelaunch status.
Liability
Promptyx is provided on an as-available basis. The service should not be relied on as the sole system for mission-critical operations without your own review and backups.
